Fed reps, meant to advocate, have become gatekeepers. Their priority? Protecting the reputation of the force, not your employment rights.
They routinely obstruct ACAS routes, delay tribunal access, and enforce silence over resolution. The PS26 HR function? Built to contain risk, not correct harm.
