Statement of Advocacy for Reinstatement From Legacy to reform Ledger

To the Scottish Government and all institutional stakeholders:

This communication marks the formal return of Brian, former Chair of DadsCare.org.uk, to the national advocacy landscape. A decade ago, I championed fathers’ rights in the face of systemic neglect.

Today, I return with sharper tools, broader focus, and artificial intelligence at my side.

What once took weeks now takes minutes. What once needed teams now flows from one partnership—me and AI. Together we’ve:

• Documented 85 complaint entries against institutional governance failure

• Built a charity platform, amplifying neurodivergent rights with digital reach

• Structured legal arguments, graphs, and timelines that regulators cannot ignore

• Exposed safeguarding failures that remain unaddressed by Police Scotland HR

• Readied ministerial escalation across every oversight body that holds legal duty

This isn’t just an archive. It’s a template for systemic reform. And if this government chooses silence, it does so with full knowledge that visibility has already begun.

On Principle and Purity.

Our charity operates by its code, not through the lens of money, grants, or soft partnerships.

We reject donations and external funding as a matter of principle. Every time money was offered, it came with strings, obligations, and attempts to control what should remain unfettered. Service Level Agreements may serve some, but we never needed them, never signed them, and never will.

By staying independent, we stay clean. We cannot be compromised, nor can we be accused. This work stands because it answers only to the truth.

I am not returning with optimism. I am returning with evidence. And AI isn’t a tool—I’ve made it my co-strategist.
